In the Spirit

I love the phrase "in the spirit".

Of the holiday.
Of school sports.
Of fun.

I also like it as a descriptor of
feeling goodness all around.

Of being aware of the Spirit...
Breathing into me,
Catching my breath as it leaves me...

Being in the Spirit of life.
